Founded in 2012 by Managing Director Reid Herbert, Winning Moves Australia has now grown into a 10-strong team. Winning Moves Australia is a branch off the global Winning Moves which was founded in 1997 and has its international Head Quarters “The Hub” in Paddington, London. Other than Australia, Winning Moves has offices in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Russia, Turkey and our games are sold around the world.

Winners are grinners!

Growing up in the toy industry, Reid has a passion for toys and enriching the lives of children & adults through interactive game play! His father worked for ‘Milton Bradley’ during the 80’s (which Hasbro later acquired) and this is where Reid had has first taste of toys and big business, in fact his first part-time job at age 10 was sweeping the warehouse floor during school holidays and learning all facets of the supply chain process. Once completing his HSC in 2000 and competing a course in Business Management at TAFE, Reid joined his father’s company UGames in 2002 and steadily rose to the role of National Accounts Manager. During a 2012 visit to Hong Kong toy fair, he met Winning Moves UK CEO, Tom Liddell and after a lengthy 4 hour chat the deal was done to make Winning Moves Australia a reality and the rest so they say is ‘history’.

Reid Herbert

Managing Director
Jason has spent the past 25 years working in small to medium size businesses. He enjoys taking complete ownership of all aspects of finance and freeing up the Managing Director to work on growing the business. Skills include delivering accurate and timely financial information, ensuring all tax obligations are meet and up to date, enjoy developing staff on best financial practice, having a complete understanding of all areas of the business and very tight debtor control.
Who do we sing for?

Jason Ciantar

Financial Controller
Natalie is our National Accounts Manager in the Commercial team and has over 14 years’ experience in the toy industry. While completing her Bachelor degree in Business Admin.(International Business), she started her career as a Store Associate at Toys R Us. She held several roles at Toys R Us including Buyer Assistant, Category Planner, Buyer for Girls Toys, Impulse Toys, Seasonal & Party Goods as well as eCommerce Merchant. She then went on to be Category Buyer on Groupon before moving to the Sales team at Winning Moves Australia as National Accounts Manager.
Is a huge Simpsons fan… that’s why her last name is Homer!

Natalie Homer

National Account Manager
Jason Cain has over 15 years of sales and business management experience having worked mainly for fortune 500 companies in the Consumer Electronics sector. Jason has been involved with Winning Moves Australia since its humble beginnings in 2012 and joined the company full time in 2015 as Business Development Manager of the Custom Games division. Jason loves working with our stable of globally recognised brands especially when aligning them with educational institutions.

At Winning Moves Australia Ben is the Business Development Manager for the custom games team specialising in the sports sector. Ben’s love for sport started at an early age, he spent all his free time curing my hyperactivity playing and watching sports like rugby union, rugby league and soccer. He’s used his sporting obsession to communicate with clubs across Australia reaching out to the most popular to the most obscure for the opportunity to create their own bespoke board games.

Ben Cave

Business Development Manager
Adam Hunt has over 10 years' experience in the media industry, composing news digests for UK government departments and as a writer for Sydney’s The City Hub newspaper, interviewing notable figures such as Julian Assange and Anthony Lister. Adam joined Winning Moves three years ago setting up the Product Development department, and today develops and manages all retail editions.
Would wear shorts to a gala dinner if he could.

Adam Hunt

Product Development Manager
With over 10 years’ experience in Graphic Design Adam has worked in a number of different sectors of the design industry. Adam’s extensive knowledge of print and pre-press and experience in web and film really allowed him to hit the ground running when he started with the company in early 2015. Custom Games Australia is rapidly making a name for itself within the international Winning Moves family and Adam has played a big part in its development over the past year.

Product Developer
Kiara recently graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Media majoring in PR and Advertising. After completing a few media internships and taking a year off to travel Kiara joined the Marketing Department at Winning Moves as a Marketing Executive. Some of the tasks she looks after are; social media, events, advertising with media partners and managing the PR company. In her spare time she likes to be relax at the beach, read books and paint.

Kiara Livesey

Marketing Coordinator
Sherry has two years accounting experience since graduating from Macquarie University. She is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory report and back orders. Her other roles include assisting with Financial Controller to do month end, organising delivery with our warehouse and managing and organising delivery for web orders. When she’s not smashing her tasks she loves to travel, photography and drawing.
