We aim to ensure you are satisfied with the products you have ordered from Winning Moves and our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.

Should you require a missing part, replacement or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance via the Contact Us page, or by emailing or by phone 1300 170 837.

  • All returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order and a Return Authorisation Number must be obtained by emailing us at or phoning 1300 170 837
  • Please quote your receipt/tax invoice from your web order
  • For faulty products, we will aim to provide a replacement or a credit note/refund where appropriate. The faulty product will need to be returned back to Winning Moves Australia and assessed before a replacement/credit note/refund can be confirmed.
  • For products with missing parts, we will aim to provide the missing part or provide replacement.
  • If you change your mind about a product you have ordered, a replacement or credit note can only be accepted if the product is unopened, is still shrink-wrapped and is returned in mint condition. A Return Authorisation Number must be obtained by contacting us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Returning a product to Winning Moves Australia is done so at your own cost and ensuring the product is delivered is your own responsibility.
