We aim to ensure you are satisfied with the products you have ordered from Winning Moves and our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.
Should you require a missing part, replacement or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance via the Contact Us page, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 1300 170 837.
- All returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order and a Return Authorisation Number must be obtained by emailing us at email@example.com or phoning 1300 170 837
- Please quote your receipt/tax invoice from your web order
- For faulty products, we will aim to provide a replacement or a credit note/refund where appropriate. The faulty product will need to be returned back to Winning Moves Australia and assessed before a replacement/credit note/refund can be confirmed.
- For products with missing parts, we will aim to provide the missing part or provide replacement.
- If you change your mind about a product you have ordered, a replacement or credit note can only be accepted if the product is unopened, is still shrink-wrapped and is returned in mint condition. A Return Authorisation Number must be obtained by contacting us within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Returning a product to Winning Moves Australia is done so at your own cost and ensuring the product is delivered is your own responsibility.
If you have purchased a Winning Moves product from one of our Retailers in Australia and are not entirely satisfied, please contact the Retailer where you have purchased it from.
